Submit Button Layout for the SLD WebTables System

The images used as submit buttons in the SLD WebTables System are made by capturing images from this page.

In each case, the current gif image is shown followed by the new table layout.

Modify the new table layout as needed by editing this HTML file. Then:

view the images in a web browser,
adjust the browser's font size so that the new images have the same size as the old ones (or differ in the way that you intend)
capture them as gifs (using a screen capture tool such as xv)
re-color the images as needed
