Title:  Measurement of the b Quark Inclusive Semi-Leptonic 
Branching Fractions b->l and b->c->l at SLD

Abstract:  A sample of 62,245 flavor tagged b decay 
candidates in the 1993-1998 SLD data set has been used to 
measure the direct and indirect b quark inclusive 
semi-leptonic branching fractions (b->l)/(b->all) and 
(b->c->l)/(b->all).  These branching fractions have 
been determined separately for electrons and muons.
Exploiting the unique strengths of the SLD detector, 
the analysis techniques are substantially different
from those used at CLEO and at LEP.  In spite of a 
much smaller data-set these measurements yield 
preliminary results with statistical and systematic 
errors that are comparable to previous measurements.
