Summary of final updates:

• Refined A_b,A_c Vtx+K analysis as in Tom's Wright's thesis. The comparison of this result with the last preliminary result at summer-01 can be seen [here].
• Introduced an estimate for the statistical correlation matrix between 3 A_c measurements which was omitted prevoiusly.
• R_b, R_c final updates:
  • Hemisphere tag correlation check completed and some correlation systematics updated accordingly.
  • R_c analysis rerun with a slightly revised track selection.
  • Beam spot tail systematic re-evaluated.
