P1 Filt: LASER + CDC TRACK

PASS 1 Filter Correlation Matrix.
The LASER trigger fires at regular intervals during which laser light is emitted into the CDC and CRID for calibration.
The CDC TRACK trigger looks for two tracks above 750 MeV.
