The EIT2 filter starts from the PASS1 EIT filter and then
checks the clustered eneergies with a slightly higher threshold
than the readout threshhold.
The A_LR filter, also known as the TACAL (for Tracking
Assisted CAL) is the EIT1 filter plus tracks.
