P2 Filt: A_LR + WAB

PASS 2 Filter Correlation Matrix.
The A_LR filter, also known as the TACAL (for Tracking Assisted CAL) is the EIT1 filter plus tracks.
The WAB filter requires two back-to-back large EM-like energy deposits in the LAC. .
